Processing & Delivery
At ChiGirl Glam Shop, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers to bring you the best in beauty, hair, makeup, and fashion products. As a dropshipping company, your orders are fulfilled directly from our supplier network, which allows us to offer you a wider selection of products.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times:
- Domestic (US): 7-15 business days
- International: 15-30 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We work with multiple suppliers, so shipping rates reflect the actual cost from the fulfillment location.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to you.
Important Information About Our Dropshipping Model:
ChiGirl Glam Shop operates as a third-party retailer working with dropshipping suppliers. This means:
- Your products ship directly from our supplier partners, not from a ChiGirl Glam Shop warehouse
- Each item may ship from a different location depending on supplier inventory
- The return address on your package will be the supplier's fulfillment center address
Returns & Exchanges:
If you need to return a product, all items must be sent back to the address shown on the original shipping label (the address your package was sent from). This is the supplier's fulfillment center that processed your order.
Do not send returns to ChiGirl Glam Shop's business address. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed and may result in lost packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue quickly.
